When is it necessary to have your home rewired?

If you are having major work done to your property, such as adding an extension, you will need to have a suitably qualified electrician to carry out the work.

Electrical standards are reviewed annually so if your property has not been inspected recently, you may be required to have the electrical systems fully checked for safety purposes. We can of course guide you on exactly what regulations you need to abide by, depending on the property type and use.
